These terms govern your use of Things to Buy, provided by Adelphian Labs LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your use and these terms. A parent or guardian must authorize any paid subscription or buying instructions for a minor. You must also meet the rules of each assistant, payment provider and merchant you use.

Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Use only accounts, payment methods and connected services you are authorized to use. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

What Things to Buy does

Things to Buy stores shopping needs, product links, research, comparisons, price observations, instructions and reported outcomes. Connected assistants perform research, merchant checks and checkout through their own tools. Their availability, usage limits, approvals and terms apply separately.

A saved price or recommendation may be incomplete, incorrect or out of date. Review important facts, compatibility, seller identity and checkout totals before buying. We do not guarantee a merchant’s availability, a particular price, the accuracy of agent research or the execution time of an assistant’s task.

Your instructions and connected assistants

You choose which assistants can access your workspace and what they can change. Buying starts off. Recommendations, selecting an option, connecting an assistant and enabling price checks do not themselves authorize a purchase. An assistant must follow your current explicit buying instructions and its own approval requirements.

You can change permissions, pause checks or disconnect an assistant in the app. These actions do not reverse data already shared, cancel external scheduled tasks or cancel orders already underway. Check the assistant or merchant for those actions.

Free access and Pro subscriptions

Free is a permanent limited plan. Pro adds organization features and coordinated recurring checks as described on the pricing page. Technical request, payload and execution safeguards apply. Assistant subscriptions or usage charges are separate and are not included in Pro.

Eligible accounts may start one 7-day Pro trial with payment details provided at checkout. Unless cancelled before its end, the trial converts to the selected $6 USD monthly or $60 USD annual subscription, plus applicable tax, and renews automatically until cancelled. Checkout presents the billing date and final amount. See Trials, cancellation and refunds for cancellation and refund requests.

Stripe Managed Payments processes subscriptions through Link under the payment terms shown at checkout. Temporary beta access is separate from a paid subscription. We will communicate material changes to paid prices or benefits before they affect an existing subscription, subject to applicable law.

Your content and acceptable use

You keep your rights in the content you save. You allow us and our service providers to store, process, display and transmit it as needed to operate the service and carry out your authorized requests. Only submit content you have the right to use, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.

Do not use the service unlawfully, access another person’s account without permission, interfere with service security, abuse the service or bypass its technical safeguards. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Beta availability and ending use

The service is currently in beta and may change or experience interruptions. Recurring checks depend on a supported assistant task and are still being validated. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific outcome from research or shopping.

You can export workspace records and request account deletion from Account → Your data. Active subscriptions and unresolved purchase attempts must be settled before self-service deletion. Subscription cancellation and merchant-order cancellation are separate actions. The Privacy Policy describes retention and backup limits.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If we make material changes to these terms, we will give notice through the service or another appropriate channel before they take effect.
