Trials, cancellation and refunds

Try Pro before the first charge

Eligible accounts can start one 7-day Pro trial when completing subscription checkout with a payment method. Creating a Free account or receiving temporary beta Pro access does not start a paid subscription.

During checkout, choose $6 USD per month or $60 USD per year. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will charge the selected subscription price plus any applicable tax at the end of the trial, then automatically renew at that interval until cancelled. Checkout shows your first billing date, currency and total.

There is no subscription charge during the trial. Your payment provider may perform a temporary verification authorization. The permanent Free plan is available without starting a trial or providing a payment method.

Cancel before renewal

Open Account → Plan → Manage subscription and complete the cancellation flow. You can also manage the subscription through Link. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. After a paid period begins, cancellation normally stops the next renewal; your account shows when current access ends.

Changing price-check settings, disconnecting an assistant, signing out or not using the app does not cancel your subscription. If you cannot access cancellation, email support@thingstobuy.ai promptly for help.

Refund requests

Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already processed. If you believe a charge is incorrect or need a refund, contact support@thingstobuy.ai or Link support. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and Stripe Managed Payments rules. The trial is not an additional money-back guarantee after billing begins.

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Stripe may issue a refund under its own Managed Payments rules. An approved refund or payment dispute may pause Pro while the account is reviewed; your saved workspace remains available under the remaining plan access.

Your saved work stays

When Pro ends, your lists and research are preserved. Free limits apply to additions and organization features, and coordinated recurring checks pause. You can still read and export your saved work. Things to Buy cannot cancel the assistant’s external task for you; review it in the assistant as well.

Merchant purchases are separate

This policy applies to the Things to Buy subscription. Products bought by your assistant are sold by their merchants and follow those merchants’ payment, cancellation and return policies.
